Refund policy

If your order arrives and the vacuum seal remains unopened, you may be eligible for a return. To qualify, the product must stay in its original, sealed packaging. The accessories and covers must be in perfect, unused condition. To begin the return process, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@amoderndog.com. We’ll provide you with the necessary steps for returning your item. Keep in mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and email you with an update. If the item meets the return requirements, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
